Stay here for a week from 11th to 18th April. Staff got to know us really quickly and just got our key ready for us the second they saw us walk in the door as we had to hand our key in every time we left. 24 hour reception which was really handy. Main strip is a good 15 minutes walk away but we mainly went down do the beach square which had plenty of pubs, restaurants and shops. The beach is a small stroll down hill but there are escalators that take you down to the beach. I dont know if all inclusive is available at this hotel but if it is I wouldnt recommend it. There was never anyone drinking in the bar and we got back late one evening and fancied a snack and asked for crisps from the snack bar and we were told it was closed!! We stayed just down the hall from the reception so we had a side view of the pool and sea but still it was nice and quiet. The apartment was cleaned daily and beds were made. It was clean and comfortable and many english speaking channels on the tv to chose from if you fancy relaxing in the apartment. There is a McDonalds just across the road and up a bit and a shopping centre just across from that. Its a huge grocery shop like Dunnes or Tesco so that came in handy. Make sure you ask at reception how to get down to the beach and the square as they connect so you can go either way and its well worth the walk. We did a trip to the Loule Gypsy Markets and another trip out on a boat to see Dolphins and caves. I would recommend both however, the brochure pics show the boats go into the caves but we only got to see them from the boat and didnt go in. spent a week here and could not believe how large the apartment was! we upgraded to a 1 bedroomed apartment (407) and asked for a high floor from which we had a fabulous sea view and overlooked the old town, which is only a 5 minute walk away, so no paying for taxis to get to the beach or for a night out. the seperate kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook full meals if you wanted(we didnt) even had a utility area! bathroom even had a bidet only bad bit was the bath could do with being changed but that was only a minor thing, we were very happy with the apartments and only cost £114 for a week with on the beach! the pool was nice and the bar was open from our 3rd day but there are local bars, cafes and restuarants 1 minute away. we had a lovely holiday and were glad we booked this hotel!
